Living Water Fellowship is a community church that meets at Cluculz Lake Community Hall. It began about four years ago out of a desire by some area residents to provide a local place of worship. The churches desire is to serve the Cluculz Lake community and to meet the needs of the people and families of the area.

The church is pastored by Larry Keegstra from Sinkut Lake. Worship is provided by members of the Good News Band. Services begin each Sunday at 10:30am and usually include music, prayer time, teaching from the scriptures, and after service fellowship.

The church is happy to welcome another minister to the assembly, Chris Hernandez. Chris is a herbalist as well as a counselor specializing in inner healing, deliverance and marriage counseling. Chris is available for appointments with anyone who would like counseling in any area.

Living Water Fellowship offers Children's Church each Sunday during the adult service and Kid's Klub monthly at the hall. Please call for dates and times.

 

CAMP LIVING WATER

Living Water Fellowship helps to sponsor Camp Living Water, a summer camp for Native children. It is located just off Blackwater Road at Sinkut Lake. The camp is offered free to the children and sponsored by private donations. Campers are picked up at the reserves and bused to the camp for five days of swimming, sports, good food, and instruction in God's word.

Living Water Ministries travels regularly to local reserves, holding Kid's Klubs and prayer services. They also hold evangelistic tent meetings through out the month of June.

Living Water Family Camp is held the last full weekend of June on the beautiful Camp Living Water grounds at Sinkut Lake.

GOOD NEWS BAND

The good News Band was formed to perform at the Cluculz Lake Bluegrass/Country Jamboree in the fall of 1998. Since then, they have performed at the Jamboree twice yearly as well as at the Quesnel Bluegrass Festival, Frazer Lake School Festival, and the Neighbor Link Festival in Vanderhoof.

The Band has produced two tapes of Country Gospel Favorites, "Songs of Living Water" released in 1999 and "Standing on the Rock" released in 2001. They are available for $10 each and can be ordered from box 1589, Vanderhoof, B.C., V0J 3A0 or (250) 567-5687

The band also travels as a worship/ministry group, sharing the Good News on reserves, in down town missions, in parks, and in churches. They greatly enjoy singing songs that encourage faith and joy.
